The Benefits of a BRAR Affiliate Membership
· ADVERTISING
- Excellent advertising opportunities. You can place business cards, flyers and other advertising materials in our office.
- We mass fax and email events with your logo on events or classes that you sponsor.
- We have a website in which your name and contact info will be included: www.blueridgerealtors.com
· NEWSLETTER
- We have monthly e-newsletters which you can sign up to receive so you are kept abreast of happenings in the REALTORS®’ world
· EVENTS
- We have an annual Installation Banquet which includes the installation of Officers and Directors and the Volume Awards Banquet that recognizes the Top Producers. Affiliates are encouraged to attend and take advantage of sponsorships
- We have frequent local educational opportunities/seminars that you may sponsor (at an additional fee) or classes that you may hold as informational to REALTORS® as they practice their profession.
- We have quarterly socials, “Eat and Greet”, where you may elect to become a sponsor and market your products directly to the REALTORS® (at an additional fee)
- The Affiliate Committee meets the first Wednesday of every month to plan the Eat and Greets and to discuss what we can do to bring REALTORS® and Affiliates together
- By participating in our annual Trade Show, you will be exposed to over 200 REALTORS® as they pass by your booth. As an affiliate member, you will receive a discounted price.
· VIP MEMBERSHIP
- If you wish to take advantage of maximum exposure of your business to REALTORS®, bump up your membership to VIP status where you get first pick on events and what you will sponsor or do at those events.
