How to join us REALTOR® Member ApplicationThis form is for REALTORS® joining Blue Ridge for the first time or for REALTORS® who are transferring from a surrounding association. Members who are transferring will need a letter of good standing from your current association prior to joining. Please have letters faxed to 540-662-5986. New member dues are prorated monthly. For details on the annual membership dues structure, click here. Lockbox & Key Transfer Form This form is needed to transfer lockboxes and Supra keys into our system from your past association. This form should accompany the Membership Application if you are a transferring from another association.
Affiliate Member Form This form is for non-Realtors® whose business works closely with real estate professionals such as pest control, title and settlement, home inspection, home improvement contractors, mortgage companies, etc... For more information on the benefits of becoming an affiliate member visit our affiliate page. Reciprocal Key Agreement This form is for members that have a Supra Key (Active Key or eKey) and would like to access the Massanutten area, which includes Shenandoah County and Page County, and Eastern Panhandle Area. You will need to have a valid WV Real Estate license in order to be reciprocated with Eastern Panhandle.
New Office/New Broker This form is for new or current BRAR members who are opening their own office.
