This week we met a major milestone in creating a solution for real estate teams in the Mid-Atlantic region, as a group of beta users will begin to sign up for the Teams product.

With the Teams product, real estate teams will be able to receive recognition on their listings, as well as set goals and view reports within Bright. Over the coming months, the Teams product will be tested across the Bright footprint. More information will be available as we continue through beta and get closer to the official launch. Recent updates to listing entry and search


Throughout the month of August, we have been adding new field options and making certain fields required in order to improve the Listing Management and Search experience in Bright. These changes were all based on direct feedback from Bright subscribers.

  • Washer/Dryer Hookup in Unit Y/N is now a required field for Condos and Apartments
  • Pets Allowed Y/N is required for all condo/coop listings
  • Private and community septic tank are now separate options
  • Water Frontage in Feet is required for waterfront listings
  • Additional Flooring Type options, including luxury vinyl plank and luxury vinyl tile

Accuracy Matters: Compliance reminders now available


To help you avoid preventable fines and ensure listings follow Bright’s rules, new reminders now appear when external links and contact information are entered in public-facing remarks during the listing entry process.
