My name is Traci Shoberg. I am seeking the position of President-Elect because I want to carry on with leadership for BRAR. I think we need someone that has been “around the block” and someone that is empathetic with the membership.
Currently I am Broker/Owner with Shoberg Real Estate Inc. specializing in Residential sales and brokerage. Therefore, I can relate to the other Broker/Owners in the association and be a strong advocate for them with respect to their membership and participation with BRAR. I believe that my education regarding leadership and coaching as well as my involvement with the REALTOR® Association through BRAR’s BOD as a past President, Chair and member of Events Committee makes me a great candidate for this position.
Growing up in a Real Estate family gave me a unique perspective on the industry and an enormous head start with all the real estate knowledge I have gained along the way. As a third generation Realtor and Property Manager I have a passion for all things Real Estate.
I have been licensed since 2009 and have a Broker license for VA and WV. In April 2018 I made the scariest and best decision of my life when I opened my own brokerage, MAP Property Solutions LLC where we provide our clients the same personal level of care my family has always been known for.
In addition to helping people find their homes, I also take pride in helping animals find theirs. I volunteer with several local pet adoption groups and highlight a shelter animal on social media once a month and sponsor their adoption fee.
I have a degree in American Sign Language and enjoy participating in local Deaf events. I also volunteer with my daughter’s school by serving on the PTSO Board as President, am the current Chair of the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network and run the Winchester support group for people with Myasthenia Gravis.
If elected for the Board of Directors, my goal is to help all of us grow and promote a positive reputation for Realtors as whole. My Leadership skills thus far that have prepared me as a BRAR Director are, serving on the PTSO Board as President, Chair of the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network and run the Winchester support group for Myasthenia Gravis. If elected for the Board of Directors, my goal is to help all of us grow and promote a positive reputation for Realtors as whole.
Paul Gallagher- Part of the Sheila Pack Team,

After finishing his degree, Paul made the decision to stay in Winchester instead of moving back to West Chester. Paul became enamored with the community in the Winchester area. The beautiful scenery and great people have made living and working in Winchester the best decision in his mind.
Paul has served on the RPAC Committee in 2018, 2019, and 2020, and has served as the Safety Committee Chair for 2019 and 2020. He looks forward to serving the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors on the board.

My natural curiosity drives me to listen and learn about the people I contact every day! I know it is vital to continue to improve our expertise, increase our professionalism, and show that value to consumers. That is why I am proud to announce I completed the C2EX program. I also have my Senior Real Estate designation.
