Thank you for choosing the Blue Ridge Association of REALTORS®.  We are trying to make this process easy for you.  Below are the important documents that need to be filled out and returned to BRAR.  Please send to:

Step 1
Fill out the REALTOR® Member application if you are not already affiliated with a REALTOR® Association and would like to become a member of the Blue Ridge Association of REALTORS®.  This form is also used for REALTOR® members seeking to join a secondary association.  This form requires a broker’s signature.

*** Please NOTE:  This is a fillable application that you type your information and then save it to your files.  Attach it in an email to your Broker to sign and submit to BRAR.  We will not accept hand-written applications, nor applications photo copied and sent as jpegs.  It must be the pdf file and the current application.

Step 2
A current copy of your real estate license from DPOR is required to be sent along with the member application in order to be a member of a REALTOR® association.

Step 3
Please review both regional and local rules and regulations.

Step 4
Upon completion of review of step 3, complete the User Agreement.
