How to Submit An Open House

  1. The open house information needs to be completed in a flyer format (pdf) before sending to BRAR.  We will NOT accept MLS listing links or individual details and requests for us to create the appropriate materials.  Please include the following on your flyer:
    • Date & Time of Open House
    • Address of Open House
    • Price of Listing
    • BRAR REALTOR® Name and Company Info
  2. Open house advertisements need to be submitted by email to Receptionist@brarva.com in either a PDF format or JPG format.
  3. Deadline to submit an open house flyer is by 2:00 pm the day before the open house.  For a weekend open houses please submit by 2 pm on Friday.
  4. Open house flyers will be posted by 4:30pm on our website where everyone can access them.  The Open House tab is broken down by day and you can submit your Open House flyer for any day of the week as early as Monday morning.
  5. The flyers will not be distributed by mass email to the membership, only the link to the appropriate page on the website will be distributed via email.
